Return/Exchange Policy:

Returns: Return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. You're responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies to returned merchandise.

Eligible Products: Must be in original factory condition, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, odor-free, with tags and original packaging intact. Wigs and hairpieces must meet strict sanitary guidelines.

Ineligible Products: Costume wigs, facial hair, eyelashes, care products, accessories, headwear, discontinued items, and wholesale orders are final sale.

Exchanges: First exchange is free within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs apply. Subsequent exchanges incur a 10% restocking fee.
